Note:

Swim Lesson Policies (please read carefully)

Swimmers may arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled lesson.
No swimmer may remain in the pool facility at the conclusions of his/her swim time.
If swimmers are late or cannot attend due to personal reasons the time lost will not be rescheduled.
All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
Swimmers should sit on the bleachers until the start time of their lesson.
Swimmers may enter and exit the water with their instructor only.
Only pre-registered swimmers may participate in swimming lessons.
Infants and preschoolers must wear "official" swimming diapers. No regular disposable diapers allowed.
No lifeguard is on duty during swimming lessons.
Swimming instructors may clear the pool at any time for a safety precaution.
Persons with open cuts and sores are not allowed to swim.
Swimmers with fecal incontinence may not enter the water.
Any vomit or feces in the water should be reported to a swimming instructor immediately, and the pool facility shall be closed.
Lessons will be rescheduled in the event of thunder, lightning, heavy rain, or an event beyond the facility's control.
The decision to reschedule a lesson due to threatening weather will be made poolside at the start time of the lesson.
Make-up lessons will be scheduled or refunds will be given for lessons missed as a result of threatening weather or an error on the part of the facility.
NO other make-up lessons or refunds will be given. NO transfers after the Thursday before the lesson starts on Monday.
